Gremillet – Forget Me Not – NV : 91/100
Light golden with a copper hue, this wine has a pure nose of darker fruit and a more prominent pinot presence—plum,red berries, pain d´épice, fresh butter, and roasted nuts. Ample palate with balanced doage and a fresh backbone of acidity, generous fruit with some autolytic brioche notes, a creamy texture nd fine length.
Gremillet – Rosé – NV : 90/100
Medium deep pink olour and an energetic mousse. The nose displays ripe red fruit, pink grape, ginger, clove and roasted almond. Rounded palate balanced by a mild creaminess and fresh acidty, sweet red berry flavours with mild spiciness and a fresh finish with fine length.
