Timing selection
Elegant, subtle and fruity, it will be perfect with meat, quail or green collar with small vegetables, or even a fruit charlotte.
Still rosé wine. Made exclusively in Les Riceys, a commune that has the largest wine-growing area in the whole of Champagne (866 ha).
Scallops, sweetbreads, or a Bresse capon will go perfectly with this champagne.
